If you are going to sell your home in a tough housing market, you need the BEST real estate agent working for you! When we decided that we wanted to sell, we interviewed seven real estate agents and Evan was the ONE we chose! Evan gave us everything she had and we will be forever grateful to her for selling our Winston Salem home so that we could return to our roots in Indiana. Evan always had a smile on her face. She always kept a professional and positive attitude. She helped us maneuver through some challenging times. When I lost hope, Evan offered encouragement. I admit I was not always a joy to work with or be around whenever I got discouraged, but Evan's sweet demeanor never waivered. What stands out to me was how she always remembered to ask me about my fur babies (grand kitties) as she understood my heartache of being separated from them during the phase of having our home on the market. We had a wonderful experience selling our home with Evan! She is incredibly fun to work with and has many resources - from staging equipment to contacts. Whenever a hiccup occurred, there was always someone to help quickly. Selling a home is a lot of work but when you have a great realtor it really makes a difference. I highly recommend Evan!
